"On your bike!"  may have several connotations not necessarily connected with bicycles at all - in other words "'op it!" or "go and find gainful employment you good for nothing so and so!" However  fortunately today cycling is more popular than ever and men and women of every age and , dare I say it, size, are shedding the pounds and building up their stamina on two wheels. Good on 'em I say!
